SAP is a computer system that manages a mill’s most important maintenance data. Project Services provides all manner of support regarding this program to the local mill staff, who may need our assistance when: the mill adds new equipment, upgrades their SAP program, audits the database for inaccurate or missing data, updates the lists of critical parts kept onsite, etc. We can perform any of these functions as the need arises, or clients can regularly schedule them as parts of periodic system maintenance.

We know that every plant’s SAP database is different. As assets roll in and technicians log maintenance, each system develops its own language. For this reason, it can be challenging to teach the ins and outs of your database to someone new in the middle of an outage. Our personnel have firsthand working experience with many client SAP environments. This knowledge helps them get on the job faster and, of course, saves you a headache.
